I am getting excited~~~~

I am excited and a little mysterious when I say......Check out some of my finished stitches... One of these will be sent on its way before March 15 to my exchange partner.... Can't say which one right now and spoil the surprise.... so, guess what I will be doing this week???? Hi ladies!

I apologize for not posting sooner. The first part of this year has been a bit crazy for me. I have been extremely busy at work and have also started training to walk a half marathon in June which has kept me busy on the weekends, too. I think I've only managed to update my own blog once since the start of the year which is definitely not the norm. LOL

Like others, I'm definitely ready for spring as well! Even though I'm in southern California and don't have to deal with freezing temperatures and snow, it definitely gets chilly (for us) and rainy during the winter months. I'm ready for some beach weather again! :)

I've had so much fun looking at designs for our first exchange. Of course, the bad part of that is always that I discover things I'd forgotten I had in my stash that I'm now itching to stitch again. So much stash, so little time. I'm sure none of you could possibly relate to that, right? ;)

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. I'm off to watch the Olympics and do some stitching.

Hello Seasonal Stitching Friends!

I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed getting to know some of you for the first time by reading your blogs! While I was familiar with some of your blogs, others were new to me. So I made sure I had everyone on my Google Reader. And I am loving getting to know you all through your beautiful projects and all the other things we divulge on our blogs :)

I for one am ready for spring! It can't come fast enough!!! I hope Karen is keeping warm enough in AZ for the rest of us :)

I have selected what I hope will be the perfect piece for my partner, and I can't wait to get started on it!

Hi Ladies

Wow on Monday it'll be one month before our first exchange pieces have to arrive at their new homes! Is everyone excited? I can't wait to learn who has me for the year :) Have you all started your exchanges? Having fun picking out the right pattern? I'll be sitting down this weekend to seriously make some headway on my piece .. I sure hope my partner likes it :)
